Beautifying the Neighborhood
The Spokane River defines our West Central Neighborhood with its extraordinary beauty. Some of the most beautiful views of the Spokane River canyon are along the rim of the River Canyon.
Building on examples from Browne's Addition, we are working to protect the beauty of our neighborhood through such projects as the Centennial Trail.
The developer has acknowledged that he will be selling these views. We intend that building design and building height in the Kendall Projects minimize the visual damage to the Spokane River canyon.
